Mandy Shifflett
Practice Administrator 

Mandy Shifflett is the Practice Administrator at Albemarle Dermatology Associates. Her responsibilities include overseeing the financial aspect of the practice, along with the coordination of patient relations and business relations.  Mandy provides leadership to the team to guarantee the best possible experience for patients.

Mandy joined the practice in 2013 and has served as a manager since 2017. Prior to joining Albemarle Dermatology, she was a manager for a cosmetic retail company, as well as a hair salon and day spa. Her background includes extensive experience in customer service, and she holds a certification in dermatology coding. Mandy’s favorite part of her job now is contributing to the overall health and well-being of others.  Mandy feels we are truly making a difference here by loving and treating our patients so well, and she loves being a part of that.

Outside of her profession, Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.  She loves live music, live sporting events, a good book, and traveling.
