Medical Assistant at Albemarle Dermatology Associates

Job Type: Full-time

Award-winning dermatology practice seeks full-time (36-40 hours/week), experienced medical assistant to work with physicians and nurse practitioners to provide excellent medical and surgical patient care. We are looking for a bright, career-focused candidate who is highly motivated, takes pride in what they do, works hard, and loves to learn.

Requirements:

  • High level of accuracy and organization

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, upbeat medical setting

  • Proficient in using technology (e.g., accessing patient information, submitting electronic prescriptions, and completing on-line lab requisitions)

Duties:

  • Assisting providers with patients in examination and surgical settings

  • Stocking and setting up exam rooms

  • Providing excellent and efficient patient care

Client Services Coordinator at Signature Medical Spa

Job Type: Full-time

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, friendly, discreet and efficient customer service to clients, staff and the public

  • Schedule cosmetic dermatology appointments by phone and in person

  • Handle complex payments including reward program discounts, gift cards, coupons and rebates

  • Process confidential paperwork

  • Promote and educate guests about medical spa services and skin care products

  • Work as a team to restock and tidy paperwork, refreshments, retail shelves, and furnishings in the Boutique

  • Proficient with software (training in specialized practice management software, NexTech, is provided)

  • Minimum two years of professional career experience in a service or office-based field

Desires working a set schedule of 4 to 5 days per week, including until 7:15 PM Wednesdays

Flexibility to work a 6 hour Saturday every other month in lieu of a weekday
