COVID-19 Policies

HOW WE ARE KEEPING OUR PATIENTS AND TEAM SAFE

  • Disinfecting all surfaces before and after patient visits

  • Restricting visitors, unless the patient requires a caregiver or is a minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • Providing hand sanitizer at all touch areas if a sink is not present

  • Removing magazines, samples, and other paper products from our waiting area

  • Keeping doors open as weather permits

  • Requiring all employees to wear masks when interacting with patients

  • Reducing touch and interactions between patients and support staff as much as possible

  • Emailing receipts

  • Inviting patients to use their own pens or offering them a new ADA logo’d pen to keep

  • Allowing for extra time in our schedules to adequately clean rooms

What to expect before and during your appointment:

  • Patients will receive a call prior to their appointments to screen for any signs/symptoms of illness, recent travel, or exposure to others who are ill or COVID positive

  • Patients may complete their paperwork and sign any necessary forms prior to their appointment by using our Patient Portal

  • Patients will be asked to wear masks or a face covering prior to entering the building

  • Patients will be asked to come to their appointments alone, unless they require a caregiver or are a minor accompanied by a parent or legal guardian

  • Patients will have the option to check-in from their car and be taken directly into exam room if they prefer

  • Patients in our waiting room will have space for social distancing
